When driving, the driver must have an approved warning triangle.
The driver must use the triangle to pre-signal his vehicle when it is a danger to traffic. The triangle must also be put in place in case all or part of the load falls on the road and can not be immediately removed.
It must be placed on the road, at a distance of about 30 meters from the vehicle or the obstacle to be signaled, so as to be visible to the driver of a vehicle coming on the same road. > In the event of a violation, the driver is liable for the fine for class IV tickets.
